cognos8.3顺利安装后的使用问题请教

请教

congos8.3顺利安装后，运行cognos configuration 后能顺利打开执行页面中的运行按纽出下面的提示，注安装后什么都未配置，问题如下：
1、安装后的菜单如下请问安装的是否完整怎么看不到 report studio 等内容呢？
2、运行start后出现下面的提示是何原因，下步我该如何操作，谢谢期待您的回复
